I have been very busy at work on this project for the past few weeks. I was inspired to start it by a heart pattern I had seen in one of my baby afghan pattern books. As usual it is practically impossible for me to adhere to the pattern. :) I don't know why but I tend to shift patterns to whatever it is that I have in mind for the project. This particular piece is for a craft auction in order to help the youth in our church raise money for a trip with World Changers next month. While I was working on it I decided that I would start naming my pieces. As you can see in the small tag in the bottom picture I have named this one "Snuggly Sorbet". I hope that this afghan will be a cuddly addition to some sweet baby's crib or car seat. What projects are you working on right now?

Wow, fast work, I was there when you made the first heart, tore it out and did it again. Now it is already finished. It looks really good. Someone will surely want that and I know your church has lots of new babies. Are more going to follow?
Love you, Gramma
All of your talents amaze me! Maybe one day I can recruit you to make one for me.
